ECG Performance 5-Year Limited Warranty

Applies To: All products sold directly by ECG Performance or its authorized dealers

1. Warranty Coverage

ECG Performance (“ECG”) warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase by the original end user (“Customer”).

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for ECG that can be identified by the ECG Performance brand name or logo.

2. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Failures caused by manufacturing flaws.

  • Product malfunctions not resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or external damage.

3. Remedies

While the product is still in production:
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ECG will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge.

If the product is no longer in production:
ECG will provide a prorated refund based on the time remaining in the warranty period. The refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund = Original Purchase Price × (Remaining Warranty Period in Months ÷ 60)

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modification

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

  • Products used in racing or track environments unless explicitly specified

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  2. Submit a description of the defect, along with supporting photos or videos

  3. Contact ECG at: support@ecgperformance.com or via the warranty claim form on our website

The Customer may be required to return the defective product for evaluation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. ECG will cover shipping for approved replacements within the continental U.S.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECG disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ECG’s liability under this Limited Warranty shall be limited to the value of the product, and in no event shall ECG be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
